FL Studio Skin King sQeetz is back at it again releasing his new MPC Skin for the “new” FL Studio 8.

Based on pictures of AKAI’s Black MPC line, the skin gives FL Studio 8 an MPC facelift giving it a fresh, rugged (but nice) looking face.

Using the LOOP button in the new MPC Skin requires that you understand it’s core functionallity.

The LOOP button has replaced the PAT and SNG mode button selectors that we’ve been accustomed to in the default FL Studio skin.

The LOOP button now acts more as a toggle (ON/OFF) button.

When you click the LOOP button, it’ll toggle between being off or on (SONG or LOOP) depending on the previous toggle setting or state it was set to before the state it was set to before that state it was set to.

To fully understand this, let’s say you click the LOOP button and it
orange LED light turns ON (LOOP). When you click it again it’ll be OFF (SONG).

With the default FL Skin, you were required to select the PAT (PATTERN) mode or the
SNG modes individually to activate them respectively.

it’s that simple!
